Cleaning Services - From £15.00ph

Domestic - General clean, empty bins, mop & hoover

After Party - As above plus disposal of cans, bottles & left over food. Wiping walls, skirting boards.

End of Tenancy - Inside of windows & frames, hoover & mop, clean inside of cupboards, all kitchen appliances & surfaces, bathrooms & general clean - not included is oven and carpet cleaning as we do not offer these services but can make recommendations.

Holiday Lets - Change over cleans, change bedding, throws, miscellaneous laundry, provide toilet rolls/bin bags/sponge/cloths, laundry storage, key holding

Additional services at extra cost -  milk/flowers/hamper as required, liason with local trades for any issues associated with your property or for services such as gardening, plumbing & electrical...

Ironing from £11 per hour or as part of the cleaning service either in your home or collected & delivered by us.

Property Care Taking - We can visit properties to await delivery of parcels, supermarket food deliveries (can be put away too), liase with trades people who'll be working at your property, can be present for their visit too though there'll be an additional cost

Key Holding, letting in guests & delivery of welcome packages for guests at holiday lets

Home Security Checks (no pets) - Includes bringing in the mail, paper, water plants, adjusting lights & heating, putting bins out etc... £10 per visit

Lock Out/Key Delivery - We will come out to your house & unlock your door if you happen to lock yourself out if I have a key on file - Free within normal operating hours. £10 all other times
